Pricing Tiers

Group-level discounts assigned per customer — set once, applies across every product. Independent of the Loyalty tier above.

Assign a tier to a customer from Customer Master → Pricing Tier. A per-product override (Product → Customer & Supplier Specific Pricing) always takes precedence over a tier discount when both are set for the same customer.
